_When is the last time you went for a walk?

I don't know about you, but I have to continually remind myself to take breaks from working at the computer. It is so easy to go from one task to the next, and forget to stop and notice the world around you. As a nature photographer, you'd think I would be outside all the time. Days can go by without me remembering to take myself for a walk with my camera. Don't do as I do! Do as I say! Get up and go outside! (I'm going right now)
